  1. 2 tbsp cumin seeds roasted
  2. 1 tbsp Amchur powder
  3. to taste Black salt
  4. 2 tbsp mint leaves
  5. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  6. 1/2 tsp coriander leaves
  7. 1-2 tbsp boondi
  8. Ice cubes as required
  9. 1/2 litre soda water


  1. Add Photo

    Take a grinder jar.grind the mint leaves and coriander leaves with sufficient water into a smooth paste

  2. Add Photo

    And pound the cumin seeds,black salt and amchur in a mortar with pestle

  3. Add Photo

    Add the lemon juice and pounded masala and mix well.

  4. Add Photo

    Put ice cubes in tall glasses.Divide the concentrate equally and top up with soda

  5. Add Photo

    Add boondi mix well.garnished with mint leaves and serve immediately 😋
