Dahi Vada
Ingredients

250 gms Urad dal

1 tsp jeera,

1 chilli
-
2 cups curd
-
1 tsp red chilli
-
1 tbsp sugar
-
1/2 tsp jeera powder
-
to taste salt,
-
as needed coriander leaves

To taste Imli chutney,
Cooking Instructions

Soak urad dal fr 5-6 hrs. Grind with green chilli & salt.

To batter add little jeera, pinch of hing & soda.

Heat oil drop small balls & fry till done. Take lukewarm water in a separate vessel add salt & 1 tbsp sugar. Mix well. Drop fried vadas in water soak fr few minutes & squeeze out water.

Whisk curd with sugar & salt. Put vadas in a bowl & pour curd mixture. Garnish with sweet imli chutney, red chilli powder, jeera powder, chat masala & coriander leaves

Refrigerate & serve chilled.
