Sweet corn bhel

Ingredients

  1. 4 cups sweet corn
  2. 1 teaspoon chat masala
  3. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  4. 2 tbsp chopped onion
  5. 2 tbsp capsicum
  6. 1 1/2 tbsp grated cheese
  7. 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes
  8. 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  9. 2 tbsp farsana (sev mixture)
  10. 3 tbsp sweet tamarind chutney
  11. 1 tbsp pudina chutney

Cooking Instructions

    Boil corn and add salt and drain water.

    In a bowl add corn, onion, tomato, capsicum, salt, Coriander, cheese, farsana, Chaat masala and red chilli powder. Mix everything evenly.

    Now add the chutneys in it and mix everything evenly again.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle some coriander on it and serve
