In a pan add butter.when hot add cinnamon,cloves,bay leaf.Add chopped onions.chopped tomatoes.garlic.ginger.green and red chilles,kajus.mix all and cook for 5 to 10 min.off the flame and cool it.once cool make a fine paste adding cream..In the same pan put the paste and cook for 10 min.when cooked add chopped paneer.mix and cook for another 5 min.add salt and kasuri methi.Garnish with cream.serve hot with naan/parents/roti
