Ingredients

  1. 200 grm Paneer
  2. 1 Onion - big
  3. 1 Tomato big
  4. 1 Lemon juice -
  5. 6-7 Dried red chillies -
  6. 50 grm Butter -
  7. 2 tbsp Oil -
  8. 1/2 cup Water -
  9. 2 tbsp Dahi -
  10. 1/2 tsp Orange food colour -
  11. 1 tsp Cumin seed
  12. 1 tsp Kalonji
  13. 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  14. 1 tsp Roasted kasuri methi
  15. 1/2 tbsp Salt
  16. As needed Coriander leaves for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    In warm water soak dry red chillies for 15 min the remove the seeds. Dry roast the Cumin, coriander and kalonji seed keep aside let it cool down completely. Cut the paneer in medium size.

    In pan add oil Fry the onion in it and fry till light brown now add tomato and fry till soft keep aside

    Now grind the seed masala with lemon juice and dried red chillies add water if required make fine paste.

    Marinate paneer with masalas paste and dahi and salt keep aside for 15 min.

    Now grind the onion and tomato make fine paste.

    Grease the pan with butter and shallow fry the paneer pieces. Fry the pieces from all sides.

    Take it in plate garnish with coriander leaves and lemon piece the Paneer Maratha starter is ready

    Now in pan add oil and butter heat it now add ginger garlic paste fry till nice aroma is coming. Now add onion and tomato paste

    Chilli powder, salt and garam masala, fry it 

    Then add kasuri methi and water cook it 15

  9. 9

     min switch off the flame. 

    Take the gravy in bowl add Paneer pieces on it garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati and rice.
