Ingredients

2 piece grated Lotus stem and potato

1/4 teaspoon Clove powder,cinnamon powder,nutmeg powder, rose petal powder

1 finely chopped big onion and carrot

1 pinch black pepper powder

2 finely chopped green chilli

1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

1/2 cup roasted gram flour

as needed peanut Oil

to taste Salt

as needed Some mix chopped dry fruits for feeling
Cooking Instructions

Heat the water in two pan and add salt and add potato and lotus stem
Boil potatoes and Lotus stem until it becomes soft, drain it. -

Now take a big plate and put potatoes and lotus stem in it. Well mess it.Now add Chile,carrot, coriander,onion,salt,2 tablespoon gram flour and dry spices. Well mix on it.

This paste will be sticky so
Put water in hand Take a big spoonful of paste and fill it dry fruits and make kabab.all Kabab make this process.
Now cover the kebab with gram flour And give it the right size. -

Add oil to the pan and heat it Kabab cook both sides from the golden bottom. Serve it with souce.
