One of my favorite.. sabudana khichdi
Ingredients

100 gms Pre soaked sabudana

1 cup groundnuts- Groundnut powder + groundnut coarsely grounded for tadka
-
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
-
To taste Salt

as needed Oil/ghee
Cooking Instructions

In a kadhai, Heat oil and add mustard seeds and coarsely ground groundnuts

Mix groundnut powder and salt with sabudana and put in kadhai and mix well.

Cook with covered lid for 5 mins and serve hot!!
