Its the most delicious and soft eggless cake ever!! It can be a cake or cupcakes depending on the convenience and occasion.
Sift and combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon and baking soda. Set aside
In a sauce pan heat water, oil, butter and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil
Add to the flour mixture.
Add yoghurt and vanilla essence and mix well.
Bake at 180°C for 20-30 mins in a pre heated oven. The toothpick test works well for this :)
For the icing, in a saucepan, combine butter and cocoa. Bring to a boil.
Remove from the heat and add sugar and then cold milk and stir.
Pour over the hot cake and sprinkle with chopped almonds
