Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Lobia beans
  2. 1 inch ginger
  3. 1 onion
  4. 6-7 curry leaves
  5. 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
  6. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  7. to taste Salt
  8. pinch Cooking soda
  9. as needed Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Soak lobiya for 6-7 hours.

    Drain water, in a mixie jar add chillies salt, cummin seeds and ginger and grind into coarsely paste

  3. 3

    Now add finely chopped onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves and pinch cooking soda

  4. 4

    Mix well, give 5-10 mins rest

    Take small ball gently press with your palm and drop into medium hot oil

  6. 6

    Fry till golden brown.

    Enjoy with chutney of your choice and hot cup of tea
