Ingredients

  1. 1 cup gram flour
  2. 1 chopped carrot
  3. 1/4 cup spring onion
  4. 1/4 cup cabbage
  5. 1 tsp soya sauce
  6. 1 tbsp schezwan sauce
  7. to taste Salt
  8. Pinch cooking soda
  9. as needed Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Chopped all the vegetables

    Take gram flour in a bowl mix veggies, soya sauce, shezwansauce ketchup chopped garlic salt to taste

  3. 3

    Mix well and give 5-10ins rest

  4. 4

    Drop small balls in medium heat oiln fry till golden brown
