Chinese Pakoda
Ingredients

1 cup gram flour

1 chopped carrot

1/4 cup spring onion

1/4 cup cabbage

1 tsp soya sauce

1 tbsp schezwan sauce

1 tsp tomato ketchup

3-4 garlic cloves

to taste Salt

Pinch cooking soda

as needed Oil for frying
Cooking Instructions

Chopped all the vegetables

Take gram flour in a bowl mix veggies, soya sauce, shezwansauce ketchup chopped garlic salt to taste

Mix well and give 5-10ins rest

Drop small balls in medium heat oiln fry till golden brown
