Mutton rogan josh
Ingredients

500 gms Mutton

3 Finely chopped onion

1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

3-4 Cloves
-
1 inch stick Cinnamon

2-3 Green cardamom
-
1 Black cardamom

1-2 Bay leaf

1/2 cup Curd -

1 tsp Coriander powder -

1 tbsp Red chilli powder -

1 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder -

1/2 tsp Turmeric powder -

to taste Salt -

2 tbsp Clarified butter -

4 tbsp Oil -

1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves -
Cooking Instructions

Heat clarified but and oil in a pan.

Add bay leaf and whole garam masala to crackle.

Add onion and fry till light brown.

Add mutton pieces and saute on high heat for five mins.

Add ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,red chilli powder,kashmiri mirch powder,turmeric powder and saute for five mins in a medium flame

Whisk the curd and mix well.

Add 2 cup of water and simmer the flame.

Cover and cook till mutton is done.

Stir occasionally and add some water.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
