Ingredients

  1. 500 gms Mutton
  2. 3 Finely chopped onion
  3. 3-4 Cloves
  4. 1 inch stick Cinnamon
  5. 2-3 Green cardamom
  6. 1 Black cardamom
  7. 1-2 Bay leaf
  8. 1/2 cup Curd -
  9. 1 tbsp Red chilli powder -
  10. 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder -
  11. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder -
  12. to taste Salt -
  13. 2 tbsp Clarified butter -
  14. 4 tbsp Oil -
  15. 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves -

Cooking Instructions

    Heat clarified but and oil in a pan.

    Add bay leaf and whole garam masala to crackle.

  3. 3

    Add onion and fry till light brown.

  4. 4

    Add mutton pieces and saute on high heat for five mins.

    Add ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,red chilli powder,kashmiri mirch powder,turmeric powder and saute for five mins in a medium flame

    Whisk the curd and mix well.

    Add 2 cup of water and simmer the flame.

    Cover and cook till mutton is done.

    Stir occasionally and add some water.

    Garnish with coriander leaves.

    Serve hot.
