  2. 1/2 cup sour curd

  5. 1/2 cup arhar daal

  8. 1 cup bottle gourd chopped
  9. 3 teaspoon ghee
  10. 1 pinch hing
  11. 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  12. 2 Red chilli
  13. 4 Curry leaves
  14. 1 teaspoon sambhar masala
  15. 1/2 cup coconut powder
  16. To taste Salt
  17. 1 red chilli
  18. 5 curry leaves
  19. 1/4 roasted chana
  20. 1/4 cup curd
  21. 2 teaspoon oil
  22. 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

Steps

  1. Add salt in suji.

  3. If needed add water.

  4. Keep aside for 30 minutes

  5. After 30 minutes stir the batter.

  6. Check consistency it should be like pakoda batter. If needed add water.

  7. Add baking soda and immediately transfer it to idli mould which should be greased.

  8. Steam for 10 minutes on medium flame or microwave for 5 minutes.

  10. Wash and soak arhar daal for 30 minutes

  11. After 30 minutes add salt and turmeric powder and sambhar masala.
