Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kg Fish
  2. 1 cup Curd
  3. 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 2 tablespoon Mustard oil
  6. 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
  7. 1 spoon Ajwain
  8. 1/2 spoon Gram masala
  9. 2 spoon Limon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Cut fish small pieces

    Add curd a mixture boll and all ingredients

  3. 3

    And mix fish or fridge 1/ 2 hours

  4. 4

    Now the fish is cooked in a pan-pan 10 to 15 minutes
