#Rc Sweet dish from Rajasthan.

  1. 1 cup broken wheat
  2. 1/2 cup jaggery powder(as per taste)
  3. 2 cardamom
  4. 2-3 TBS ghee
  5. as needed Dry fruits of your choice
  6. Pinch salt


  1. Add Photo

    Soak broken wheat for 1/2 - 1 hour.

  2. Add Photo

    Drain water and keep aside.

  3. Add Photo

    Heat ghee in a pan add broken wheat and fry for 4-5 mins.

    Add 2 cups of water and cook onedium heat till it gets soft.

  5. Add Photo

    When it's cooks and water gets absorbed add jaggery Powder and mix well.Add pinch salt.

  6. Add Photo

    Cook on low flame till all the jaggery water gets absorbs.

  7. Add Photo

    Then fry for 3-4 mins till ghee separates from halwa.

  8. Add Photo

    Add dry fruits of your choice and off the gas.

  9. Add Photo

    Garnish with chopped almond and serve hot.
