Ingredients

  1. 1 bowl Soya bean soaked
  2. 1 bowl cooked daliya
  3. to taste Salt
  4. 1 garam masala
  5. 1 tbsp red chilli
  6. 1 slice onion

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil then add soaked Soya been and daliya now cook till water absorb.add salt Ginger garlic garam masala salt red chilli.take rest for half hr.

    When it's cool make shape adjust in skewers.

    Roast it on tawa by brushing with oil.

    Flip it again and brush it.

    It turns crisp now...ready to eat serve with onions and chutney..
