Ingredients

  1. Rice-1cup
  2. Chana daal-50gm
  3. Salt according taste
  4. Oil -3-4tsp

Cooking Instructions

    Wash rice n chana daal n soak it full night

    Morning drain water nd grind it properly

  3. 3

    Add little water n salt in batter

  4. 4

    Make better like dosa

  5. 5

    Now heat pan put little oil on it nd spread

  6. 6

    Pour batter on it n Spread all over

  7. 7

    Cook it fr 3-4mints then turn other side....now cook it fr 2-3mints this side also on medium flame

    Chilka roti ready... serve it wth ketchup ar chana daal chatne
