Royal kesari cake
Ingredients

1.1/2 cup all purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

3/4 cup curd

3/4 cup castor sugar

1/4 cup oil or ghee

1/2 cup milk powder

1 cup milk

Few threads saffron

1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Some pistachios

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 tsp lemon juice
Cooking Instructions

First sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda together for 2-3 times

Take a bowl pour curd, sugar, milk powder and ghee together and beat with the whisk for 3-4 minutes

Now add flour mixture in small portions and mix well in cut and fold method. Add milk if required.mix cardamom powder and saffron threads with milk. Make a pouring consistency batter

Add vanilla essence to the batter and lemon juice before pouring it into baking tin. Preheat oven pour the cake batter in a Greeced tin sprinkle pistachios slices on itand bake cake on 180• c for 35-40 minutes.

Check after 30 minutes with a toothpick. If it comes clear than cake is ready
