  1. 1 cup Basmati rice
  2. 1/2 cup Mix daal
  3. 1/2 tsp Dry garam masala
  4. 2 tbsp Ghee
  5. 1 tsp Turmericpowder
  6. to taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pressure cooker.

  2. 2

    Add ghee&dry garam masala.crackle for a mints.

  3. 3

    Add wash and soak mix daal as well as rice.mix it well.

  4. 4

    When daal & rice nicely roast then add double the water as rice & daal.

    Add turmeric&salt.

    Cover the lid.when 2 whistle comes,off the gas.

  7. 7

    Mix dal khichdi is ready to serve.serve with papad &curd.
