Stuffed Rabri Mango Kulfi
Ingredients

2 big ripe mango

1/2 ltr full cream milk

1 tbsp sugar

5-6 saffron strands

1 tsp cardamom powder
Cooking Instructions

Cut a thin slice on the edge of the mango.

Use knife insert it into the mango and go around the seed.

So it become loose.

Carefully pull it out.

Mango is now hollow for pour milk mixture.

Take a nonstick pan add full cream milk add sugar, cardamom powder, chopped dry fruits stir cook till rabri consistency.

Cool it at room temperature.

Then pour this milk mixture into the hollow space.

Close the open space of the mango with mango piece.

Freeze the mango for 5-6 hours.

Then after peel the mango and slice and serve.
