Ingredients

  1. 350 gram Arum cut into cubes
  2. 300 gram Potato cut into cubes
  3. 1 tsp ginger paste
  4. 1 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
  5. 2-3 slitted green chillies
  6. 1 tsp Cumin powder
  7. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  8. To taste salt and sugar
  9. As needed oil and ghee
  10. 1 handful whole garam masalas ji

Cooking Instructions

    Steam the arum and drain the water

    Heat oil and temper Cumin seeds and slitted green chilli

  3. 3

    Add Potatoes and arum cubes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover till it become soft

  4. 4

    Now add ginger paste and saute well

  5. 5

    Add the cumin powder and kashmiri mirch powder and saute

  6. 6

    Add coconut and fry well till the oil starts releasing

  7. 7

    Add water and simmer till everything get combined well

  8. 8

    Add tamarind pulp and sugar and mix well

  9. 9

    Garnish it with ghee and garam masala powder and serve
