Boil milk and add one spoon lemon juice. Make paneer with half litre milk. Sieve water and take only paneer. Fry paneer with little ghee and milk on a low flame. Add 3 tsp sugar and fry well.

Allow it to cool. Then grind it in mixer. Make doodh peda and keep it aside.

Add two cup milk to same pan and boil. Add saffron strands, add almonds, cashew nuts powder. Add sugar too. Boil for two minutes. Then add doodh peda and boil again for two minutes. Off the gas stove now.

Add powdered cardamom. It is ready to serve now, serve hot or cold.
