Zaatar Chicken Tandoori Satay
Ingredients

250 gm Chicken (boneless chicken breast)

2 tsp Lemon juice

1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste

1/2 Tbsp Olive oil

1/2 Tbsp Tandoori masala

Salt as per taste

1/2 tsp Red chilli powder

5 Wooden skewers
-
1 tbsp Butter
-
1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
Cooking Instructions

Cut chicken breasts lengthwise.

Marinate chicken breast with lemon juice,ginger garlic paste,oilve oil,tandoori masala, zaatar powder,salt,red chilli powder for 2 hours.

Put wooden skewers in a water for 5 minutes.

Remove skewers from water.

Now weave the marinated chicken onto soaked skewers.

On a hot nonstick tawa add 1/2 Tbsp butter and cook chicken skewers on medium high flame.

Cook on both the sides until golden brown.

Now roast chicken satay on direct gas flame with brushing applying little butter for 5 minutes.

For Dipping sauce - Add 1 Tbsp Zaatar powder into tomato ketchup and mix it.

Serve hot!!!
