Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Ragi
  2. 1 cup Semolina
  3. 1 cup Curd
  4. to taste Salt
  5. 1/2 tsp Baking soda

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add all ingredients except baking soda.mix it well with curd&water.rest it 20 mints.

    After 20 mints add,if necessary than add some water&soda.

  3. 3

    Steam the batter with a idli steamer.

  4. 4

    Serve with Bengal gram &coconut chutney.
