Ingredients

  1. 250 gm Chole
  2. 4 Chopped onion
  3. 4 Tomato puree
  4. teaspoon Ginger, garlic paste tow large
  5. 1 teaspoon Coriendar powder
  6. 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  7. 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  8. 1 teaspoon Chole powder
  9. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  10. 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  11. as needed Oil
  12. to taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Boiled Kabuli chana.

    Heat the pan put in oil.

  3. 3

    Add cumin seeds and Tejpatta.

  4. 4

    Add chopped onion and fry few minutes.

  5. 5

    Add ginger garlic paste and fry few minutes.

  6. 6

    Add all spices and tomato puree and fry for five minutes.

  7. 7

    Add boiled chole and fry few minutes.

  8. 8

    Add water and boiled for few minute and add garam masala.

  9. 9

    Chole is ready to Serve with hot rice
