Tangra fish in rich gravy

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup Mustard paste
  2. 1/2 tsp Kalonji seeds
  3. To taste Salt-to taste
  4. 1 Potato
  5. 1 Onion
  6. 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
  7. 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  8. For frying Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wasf fishes. Add salt and turmeric. Cut potato into pieces and add salt and turmeric.

    Fry fishes.

    Fry pitatoes

    In a pan add oil. Let it be hot. Add colonji. Cut onion into pieces. Add into oil. After2minutes cooking in low flame add slited chillies. Then add mustard paste with1glass of water. Add potatoes. Add turmeric,kashmiri red chilli powder and salt.

    Let it boil for 2 minutes. Add fishes.

    Boil to make thick gravy.
