Tawa Butter Masala Mushroom

Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 250 gm mushrooms
  2. 4 onions
  3. 20 gm Amchoor
  4. 20 gm Chat masala
  5. to taste Salt
  6. 1 tsp Dry Coriander powder
  7. 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  8. 1/4 tsp Kasoori methi
  9. as needed Butter for cooking
  10. 1 tsp Cumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Boil mushrooms for 15 minutes and cover lid

  2. 2

    Grate the onions and tomatoes separately.

  3. 3

    Take a tawa put oil in it and add cummin seeds on it put the grated onions on tawa saute continuous until onions become red. Add ginger garlic green chilli paste and saute for 5 min. Now add grated Tomatoes in it. Saute it for 5 minutes

    Add all the dry spices in it and saute for 2 min and add boiled mushrooms in it. Saute for 5 minutes and put butter in it at regular intervals

  5. 5

    When butter leaves oil then turn off the flame and your tawa butter masala mushroom is ready
