Ingredients

  1. 100 gm paneer long cut
  2. 1 onion long cut
  3. 1 capsicum long cut
  4. 1 tomato long cut
  5. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1 tsp turmric powder
  7. 2 tsp coriander powder
  8. 1 tsp garam masala
  9. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  10. 1 cup pizza spread
  11. 1 cup green chutney
  12. 1 tsp garlic green chilli paste
  13. 1/4 cup wheat flour
  14. 1 cup maida
  15. to taste Salt
  16. 2 tsp oil
  17. as needed Water

Cooking Instructions

    First make a daugh with wheat flour,maida,salt,oil and water

    Make small roties

    Roast both the side

    Keep a side

    Take a pan heat oil

  6. 6

    Add onion and green chilli paste

  7. 7

    Add garlic paste

  8. 8

    Saute it

    Add tomato and capsicum

    Spread salt

    Stir it till 5 min.

    Add paneer pieces

    Add all masala

    Mix well

    Add tomato sauce

    Mix well

    Keep it low flame for 2 min.

    Take a roti

    Spread pizza sauce

    Put some stuffing on it

    Put green chutney

    Spread chat masala

    Spread cheese

    Fold it like wrep

    Again roast it both side

    Ready to serve

    Serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney
