Wrap and roll patted pakora
Ingredients

12 arbi leaves

4 cup besan

1/2 tsp Hing

1 tsp ajwain /carom

1 tsp saunf /fennel

1 haldi
-
1 tsp green chilli
-
1/2 tsp red chilli powder

2 tsp TS mustard oil

to taste Salt taste according

1 If you want then add chopped onion
Cooking Instructions

All ingredients mix well and add i glass water. And make besan paste.and use on arbi leaves

Now one bye one arabi leaf wrap to each other with help of besan paste

Four leaves add in one roll.

Fix with thread all rolls

Now rolls put in pressure cooker to cook by steam for 1 hour

After one hour take out and put in plate. And cut in small pieces

Now these pieces deep fry in mustard oil

Now it ready to eat

Also it roll in chapati and eat with chutney
