Bhatura, Chana and boondi raita

Ingredients

  1. For bhatura
  2. 2 cups maida
  3. 2 tsp suji
  4. To taste salt
  5. 1 cup dahi
  6. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  7. 1 bottle soda water
  8. as needed oil..for deep frying
  9. For chana
  10. 2 cups white chana
  11. To taste salt
  12. 1/2 tsp red chilli
  13. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  14. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  15. 3 tsp oil
  16. 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  17. 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  18. 1 cup onion paste
  19. 1 green chilli chop
  20. 1 cup tomato puree
  21. 2 cups dahi
  22. 1 cup soaked boondi
  23. to taste salt
  24. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  25. 1/4 tsp dry roasted and crushed cumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Chana wash and soaked for overnight.

    Take a bowl add maida,salt,suji,baking powder,dahi mix well add 2 tsp oil and water mix and make a bhatura dough,take a rest for permentation.

    After soaking chana boil with little bit of salt.

    Take a wok add oil,then oil r heat add garlic saute little brown then add onion saute till golden brown then add all dry masala,gin opger and tomato puree mix well.

    Then add boiled chana and green chilli mix well.

    Cook for 10 minutes then chana r cooked.

    Take a bowl add dahi,salt,jeera and kali mirch mix well dahi r smooth mix soaked boondi mix then raita r ready keep in fridge.

    Take a wok add oil,then oil r hot.

    Take a bhatura batter punch dough and make a ball then ball flat make a bhatura shape and fry for both sides.

    Serve hot chana,hot bhatura and cool 2 raita.
