Ingredients

  1. 1 Bowl Besan
  2. 1 Bowl Wheat Flour
  3. 1 Bowl Spinach Chopped
  4. 1 Onion Chopped
  5. 4 Green Chillies Chopped
  6. 1 Tsp Salt
  7. 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  8. 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  9. 1 Tsp Seasam Seeds
  10. 2 Tbsp Ghee
  11. as needed Ghee for frying parathas

Steps

  1. Mix all the ingredients mentioned above properly. Add little water to make dough.

  2. Now take small quantity of dough and make round shape like balls.

  3. Roll it like a chapati. Spread ghee all over it.

  4. Fold it to make square shape.

  5. Now heat a griddle. Spread ghee. Put paratha on tava. Fry till golden from both sides.
