  1. 2 cup besan
  2. 1/4 tsp citric acid (nimbu fool, lemon juice 1/2- spoon)
  3. to taste Salt
  4. 3 tbsp sugar
  5. 1 1/2 cup warm water
  6. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  7. 3 tsp oil
  8. 3 green chilli
  9. 1 tsp baking soda
  10. For garnishing use
  11. as needed Coriander leaves
  12. as needed Coconut crush

  1. Take first one bowl add besan, salt, take one small bowl add citric acid stair nicely put it on big bowl add sugar, oil stair well add baking soda stair well

  2. Take dhokla maker take plat grish oil spread better put it on the gas medium flam after 20 mints check it it's ready. Take one pan for tadka add oil mustard seeds put it on the khaman. For garnishing you can use coriander leaves and coconut crush
