Ingredients

  1. 4 Wheat dough for chapattis
  2. to taste Black pepper powder for sprinkle
  3. as needed Olive oil or butter for roasted pockets

Cooking Instructions

    Make a dough adding salt and 1 tsp oil.

    Make a thin chapattis with the help of dry wheat flour

  3. 3

    Spread little oil or butter and place a cheese slice In the centreand sprinkle black pepper no need to spread salt bcoz cheese is already salted.

    Now fold the chapattis both sides and stick with little water

  5. 5

    Now fold the other side like a packet

  6. 6

    Now make all pockets heat a nonstick tawa spread butter and place the packet cheese

  7. 7

    At a time u can roast two cheese pockets from both sides till golden brown

  8. 8

    Now serve hot cheese pockets with ketchup or green chutney

  9. 9

    Enjoy in breakfast with family
