In Besan theme kadi of pakodi is must..

  1. 2 cup curd
  2. 2 tbsp besan
  3. 1/2 tsp turmeric
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 1 tsp jeera
  6. Pinch hing
  7. 1 tsp dry coriander powder
  8. 1 tbs ghee
  9. 1 tsp paste of ginger and green chilli
  10. 10 curry leave
  11. 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  12. 1 glass water
  13. For pakodi
  14. 3 tbsp besan
  15. 1/4 tsp salt
  16. Pinch turmeric
  17. 1 tsp coriander powder
  18. As needed Water
  19. oil for fry


1/2 hour
  1. Mix all the ingredients of pakodi..make thick batter with the help of water

  2. Take oil in vessle fry the pakodi till light golden brown.

  3. Now take besan curd and salt turmeric powder coriander powder add water and make thin batter of it.

  4. Now take a big vessel add ghee.. Jeera hing... Now chilli curry leaves in it..

  5. Now add thin batter of besan curd in it.

  6. Cook it continuously stir till lil thick approximately 20 minute.

  7. Now add fry pakodi in it..

  8. Kadi of Pakodi is ready.

  9. Now add red chilli powder

  10. Sprinkle the coriander.
