In Besan theme kadi of pakodi is must..
Mix all the ingredients of pakodi..make thick batter with the help of water
Take oil in vessle fry the pakodi till light golden brown.
Now take besan curd and salt turmeric powder coriander powder add water and make thin batter of it.
Now take a big vessel add ghee.. Jeera hing... Now chilli curry leaves in it..
Now add thin batter of besan curd in it.
Cook it continuously stir till lil thick approximately 20 minute.
Now add fry pakodi in it..
Kadi of Pakodi is ready.
Now add red chilli powder
Sprinkle the coriander.
