  1. 1 cup besan
  2. 1 Cup curd
  3. 1 cup water
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 1/4 tsp turmeric
  6. For tadka
  7. 1 tbsp oil
  8. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  9. 2 green chilli chopped
  10. 10 curry leaves
  11. 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  12. 2 tbs fresh coriander
  13. 2 tbs fresh grated coconut


40 minutes
  1. Take a big bowl..add besan curd and water in it.

  2. Make a smooth and clear batter by this.

  3. Now add salt.. Turmeric.... Cook it in a pan till thick.

  4. Now check it..that it can roll.

  5. Take a plane surface or thali apply oil on it.

  6. Now apply this thick batter quickly on it.

  7. With the help of knife cut it. Now roll it.

  8. Take a vessle add oil,rai after crackle add curry leaves and chilli and Sesame seeds, Off the flame.

  9. Spread this vaghar on each khandvi.

  10. Sprinkle fresh coriander and coconut on it.

  11. Khandvi is ready.
