Take a bowl
Add gram flour,salt and red chilli in it and mix it well
Then add water in it and make fine dough
Then make mini rolls of the dough and boil it for 10 mins on slow flame
Cut pieces of the roll
Then take a wok
Add oil in it
Then add cumin seeds, fennel, methi dana, kalunji, rai and hing in it
Then add ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste in it and saute it.
Then add onion paste in it and saute it till it become golden brown
Then add tomato puree in it and cook it on slow flame
Then add all spices and curd in it and cook it for a while
Then add gatte pieces in it and mix it well
Then add water in it and cook it on slow flame for 7 mins..
Decorate it by coriander leaves and serve hot.
