Spicy gatta curry

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup gram flour
  2. 1/2 cup Water
  3. 1/3 tsp Red chilli powder
  4. 1/3 tsp Salt
  5. 1 Tomato puree
  6. 1/2 cup Onion puree
  7. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  8. 1/3 tsp Green chilli paste
  9. 1 tsp Salt
  10. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  11. 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  12. 1/3 tsp Red chilli powder
  13. as needed Oil
  14. 1 tsp Kitchen king masala
  15. 1/3 tsp Turmeric powder
  16. 1tsp Chopped coriander leaves
  17. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  18. 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
  19. 1/3 tsp Kalunji
  20. 1/3 tsp Methi dana
  21. 1/3 tsp Rai
  22. 1 pinch Hing
  23. 1¹/2 cup Water

Method

  1. Take a bowl

  2. Add gram flour,salt and red chilli in it and mix it well

  3. Then add water in it and make fine dough

  4. Then make mini rolls of the dough and boil it for 10 mins on slow flame

  5. Cut pieces of the roll

  6. Then take a wok

  7. Add oil in it

  8. Then add cumin seeds, fennel, methi dana, kalunji, rai and hing in it

  9. Then add ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste in it and saute it.

  10. Then add onion paste in it and saute it till it become golden brown

  11. Then add tomato puree in it and cook it on slow flame

  12. Then add all spices and curd in it and cook it for a while

  13. Then add gatte pieces in it and mix it well

  14. Then add water in it and cook it on slow flame for 7 mins..

  15. Decorate it by coriander leaves and serve hot.
