Bread and cooked rice masala dosa with sambhar and chutney

Ingredients

  1. For dosa
  2. 8 slices bread
  3. 1 cup semolina
  4. 1 cup curd
  5. 1 cup cooked rice
  6. as needed Water
  7. To taste Salt
  8. For sambhar
  9. 1 1/2 cup katori soaked the dal
  10. 2 Curry leaves
  11. 1 chopped onion
  12. as needed Any chopped vegetable (petha, capsicum, drumsticks)
  13. 1 te spoon rai
  14. 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  15. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  16. 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  17. as needed Imli water(imli soaked in water for 10-15 minutes)
  18. 1 tomato
  19. 1 pinch Hing
  20. to taste Salt
  21. 2 tea spoon sambhar powder
  22. Pinch sugar
  23. For chutney
  24. 1 Curry patta
  25. 1 chopped coconut
  26. as needed Coriander leaves
  27. Pinch sugar
  28. to taste Salt
  29. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  30. 1 teaspoon curd
  31. 10-15 rosted chana
  32. For masala
  33. 3-4 boiled potatoes
  34. 1 chopped onion
  35. 10-15 Curry patta
  36. as needed Oil
  37. 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  38. 1 tea spoon turmeric powder
  39. to taste Salt
  40. pinch Hing
  41. 2 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  42. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  43. as needed Dry fruits
  44. as needed peanuts
  45. 2 teaspoon red chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    For dosa

    Take bowl add 8 slices by removing sides add cooked rice curd and mix with water and keep for 20 minutes

  3. 3

    Grind in the mixer by adding water and make batter like Normal dosa batter

    Add salt and mix well

  5. 5

    Heat tawa and spread the batter cover it for 2 minutes change the side

    Dosa ready

    For masala

    Take kadai add oil Rai hing chopped onion and saute until golden brown, put all masala and groundnut dry fruits mix well add mashed potatoes mix well put lemon juice

    For Sambhar

    Boil tur dal with tomato and salt

  11. 11

    Take kadai put oil, Rai Curry patta and chopped onion

  12. 12

    Saute till golden brown add chopped vegetable, tomato and imli water

  13. 13

    Add turmeric powder, dhaniya powder and red chilli powder let it boil

  14. 14

    Add sambhar powder and boiled dal mix well after one boil add hing and partially cover it and let it boil for 10-15 minutes

    For chutney

    In the grinder put coconut, green chillies, coriander leaves, and all the ingredients and grind it well.
    If want to put tadka dein take oil let it get warm add Rai Curry patta and add in chutney

    Bread and cooked rice dosa with sambhar and chutney ready to eat
