  1. 200 gm cottage cheese (paneer)
  2. 1 Tomato
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1 capsicum
  5. 1 tsp maggi masala
  6. as needed Coriander to garnish
  7. as needed Butter
  8. to taste whole spices


20-25 mins
  1. Chop the veggies and heat the butter in a pan add cumin seeds stir it for 15-20 seconds then add onions into it !

  2. Keep sautéing it till onions get brown then add tomatoes & capsicum into it and keep sautéing it !

  3. After the veggies get a little mushy add coriander powder, garam masla red chilli powder & salt according to your taste or amount of spiciness you want

  4. Now in a bowl mash the paneer with your hand or masher and add it into the pan and mix it well with veggies and finally add maggi masala in the end to give it a final touch !

  5. Serve it by garnishing chopped coriander on top 😉
