Cheesy corn beans

Easy pesy corn and Bean dish is perfect for evening snacks or dinner.
It's okay to indulge sometimes and not bother about calories.
Ingredients

150 gms corn (without cob)

50 gms kidney beans soaked and boiled

100 gms cheese
-
60 gms butter
-
2-3 tsp Fresh Cream
-
For seasoning and garnish

to taste Salt
-
Celery
-
leaves Basil
-
1 tsp Black pepper/white pepper (freshly crushed)

leaves Bay
Cooking Instructions

Boil corn in salt water

Boil beans with bay leaves, cardamom and cloves

On a slow flame heat pan and add butter keep stirring. As butter starts to melt add cheese and cream.

Then add boiled corn and beans and add all the seasoning.

Remove in a bowl and serve and garnish.

Enjoy this with bread loaf of your choice (garlic 🍞 is best match)

Alternatly you can also make the dish with white sauce and bake it.
