Sev(with cooked left over rice)

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup Left over rice
  2. 1/2 cup besan
  3. 1 spoon black pepper powder
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. Pinch hing
  6. Pinch turmeric
  7. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Grind half cup of rice into a very fine paste by adding very little water if necessary

  2. 2

    Mix besan, salt, pepper powder and the rice paste along with four spoon of hot oil with turmeric and hing. Dough should be medium soft

    Fill the above mixture in sev press

  4. 4

    Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till golden and crispy

  5. 5

    Tasty crispy sev is ready. Can be stored Upto 20 days
