  1. 200 gm Sago (sabudana)
  2. 1/2 cup Boiled potato
  3. 2 tsp Chopped green chillies
  4. 1/2 cup Chopped cottage cheese
  5. 2 tsp Chaat masala
  6. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  7. 1-2 drops Red, green, yellow food colour
  8. 1 tbsp Chopped coriander
  9. 1 tbsp Oil
  10. 3 tbsp Fried peanuts
  11. For accompaniments :-
  12. as needed Masala wafers

  1. Divide the sago into three parts. Add each colour to each part.

  2. Heat some oil in a pan, and saute the sago.
    3. Add salt, Chaat masala, boiled potatoes, cottage cheese, green chillies, lemon juice and chopped coriander and mix well.
