25-30 fresh bittergourd leaf

2-3 tea spoon Arwa Rice

4-5 tea spoon gram flour
-
2-3 green chilli
-
2 medium size onion
-
Few termeric powder
-
Salt As required

as needed Safola gold oil

2-3 Finely chopped garlic
Cooking Instructions

Take Arwa Rice in a bowl add normal water & kept for one hour. After then take out from water & grind well

Now cut all bittergourd leaf, onion & green chilli in very small pieces. Add rice paste, gram flour, termeric powder, chopped garlic & salt and mix well to make thick paste.

Heat the tava on the stove apply 1 Teaspoon oil firmly and pour some mixture on it to make a thick coat in round shape.

Roast till golden brown.

Serve hot with any sauce.
