  1. 250 gm maida
  2. 50 gm ghee
  3. 1/4 cup luckwarm milk
  4. Few drop Orange colour
  5. Few drop green colour
  6. 1/2 cup khoya
  7. 4 tbsp sugar
  8. 2 tbsp dry fruits
  9. Ghee for frying

Cooking Instructions

    First mix maida with ghee and crumble it.

    Now add luckwarm milk and make a soft dough. If required add little water. Rest for 15 mins.

    Now divide in three parts.

    Now fry khoya for 2 minutes. When it's cool mix sugar and dry fruits.

    Now divide dough in three parts.

    In one part mix Orange colour, one part green colour and one is white.

    Now roll out three colour dough.

    First take Orange part spread ghee and dust maida over it.

    Now place white part over it. And spread ghee and dust maida.

    Now place green part and spread ghee and dust maida.

    Now roll it.

    Cut in parts.

    Just press from hands.

    Now roll it in a small puri.

    Fill the filling in it. them potli.

    Now shape the potli.

    Heat ghee in a kadai and fry it.

    Tricolor potli is ready.
