First mix maida with ghee and crumble it.

Now add luckwarm milk and make a soft dough. If required add little water. Rest for 15 mins.

Now fry khoya for 2 minutes. When it's cool mix sugar and dry fruits.

In one part mix Orange colour, one part green colour and one is white.

Now roll out three colour dough.

Now place white part over it. And spread ghee and dust maida.

Now roll it in a small puri.

Fill the filling in it. them potli.

Now shape the potli.

Heat ghee in a kadai and fry it.
