  1. 1 Carrot
  2. 1/4 Bottlegourd
  3. 1 cup Semolina
  4. 1/2 litre Milk
  5. 2 tbsp Sugar
  6. 1 tbsp Ghee
  7. 1 tbsp Condensed milk
  8. as needed Sprinklers and nuts for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    For carrot halwa grate carrot

    Heat ghee roast carrot add milk in it

  3. 3

    Let it cook till soft and milk gets dried up

  4. 4

    Add sugar and condensed milk in it.halwa ready.

    For bottle gourd halwa grate it

  6. 6

    Heat ghee roast grated bottle gourd in it

  7. 7

    Add milk and let it cook till softened.add sugar and condensed milk.yum halwa ready.

    Semolina halwa-roast semolina dry till brown

    Add ghee in it roast nicely

  10. 10

    Add boiled water in it stir continuously so that there in lump formation

    Add water in it stir continuously

    Add sugar.yum halwa ready.garnish with sprinklers.

    I have used mould for giving flower shape
