Mutton kebabs on Tawa

These kebabs are an ideal starter.
Ingredients

250 grams Mutton mince
-
2 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp red chilli powder

To taste salt

1/4 tsp black pepper powder
-
1/4 cup raw papaya grated
-
1 tsp kababs masala
-
2-3 chopped green chillies
-
1 Handful coriander leaves
-
1 egg
-
2 tbsp roasted chana daal
Cooking Instructions

Put everything in the blender and blend It well until nicely combined.

Dip Wooden skewers in water for 15 to 20 mins.Then wipe it dry and keep aside

Once the meat is nicely blended.Take a sweker and cover it with the blended mutton greasing your hands with oil and giving a nice shape

Now add little oil on the tawa and arrange the skewers on it and roast it on medium flame.

Once the kababs the generously cooked serve with salad or onion rings.

Goes well with romali rotis or parathas
