This is maharastrian farali dish.

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1/2 cup sabudana
  2. 3-4 boiled potato
  3. 1/2 cup sama rice flour(easily available in market)
  4. 1/2 ts turmeric
  5. 2-3 chili chopped
  6. 3 tbs peanuts roast and coarsely grind
  7. leaves Few curry
  8. 2-3 tbs oil
  9. Sendha namak/ rock salt as your taste

  1. Soaked sabudana for 3 to 4 hours.with less water.

  2. After 4 hours mix all the ingredients except oil and make a Dough.

  3. Take one nonstick tawa, spread thali pith mixer on tawa, sprinkle some oil and cook it in low flame.

  4. Serve hot with curd.
