Ingredients

  1. 1 cup sago
  2. 1/2 potato
  3. 4 tbsp coriander chutney
  4. 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
  5. 1/2 lemon juice
  6. to taste Sugar, salt
  7. 4-5 Curry leaves
  8. 1 tbsp oil
  9. 1 tsp cummin

  1. Take 100 grams coriander leaves, add 2 chillies and make chutney.

  2. Soak sago for 5-6 hours.

  3. In a pan add 1 tbsp oil. Add cummin, Curry leaves and crushed peanuts.

  4. Add small chopped potato. Saute it for a while.

  5. Add green chutney and sabudana. Add salt, sugar and lemon juice. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
