Palak pakodi/ crispy palak fritters

This is my favourite pakodi. Learnt the perfect ones over a period if time. By following my recipe definitely the fritters will be very crispy
Ingredients

1 cup besan

3/4 cup rice flour
-
1 tsp salt
-
1 spoon chilli powder
-
1/2 tsp ajwain
-
1/2 spoon jeera
-
3/4 tsp turmeric

1 cup Chopped palak
-
Oil for frying
Cooking Instructions

Mix one cup besan, quarter cup rice flour, salt, chilli powder. Heat two spoon oil splutter Ajwain and jeera, add to flour and mix

Chop Palak, wash and drain water

Add the mixed flour little by little to Palak and mix. Don't add any additional water

Deep fry in hot oil in medium flame. Bubbles will be more in the beginning

When the fritters are crispy, drain oil and place on tissue

Serve hot as it is or with chutney/sauce
