  1. 300 gm paneer cubed
  2. 1 capsicum cut into cubes
  3. 1 tomato chopped
  4. 1 onion chopped
  5. 2-3 cloves garlic chopped
  6. 1/4 tsp ginger crushed
  7. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  8. 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds
  9. 1 tsp red chilli Powder
  10. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  11. To taste salt and sugar
  12. As needed oil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil and add ginger garlic crush saute well

  2. 2

    Add Onions and capsicum and saute adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add paneer and red chilli Powder and mix

  4. 4

    Add tomato sauce and sugar toss well

  5. 5

    Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds and serve with plain chapati or naan
