Broccoli almandine cream soup

Ingredients

One Portion
  1. 200 gm onion (Finally Slice)
  2. 80 gms Broccoli
  3. 30ml veg stock
  4. 30 gm butter
  5. 05 gm Fresh cream
  6. 20 gm almond
  7. To Taste- salt
  8. 5 gms - black pepper
  9. 150 gm Refind flour
  10. 1 No- Fresh Bread White (For Croutons)

Cooking Instructions

    Slice onion, roughly cut broccoli.

    Take a pan put it on the flame then add butter then put onion on it sautr until tranlusent.

    Then add refind flour on it make roux then add vegetable stock on it bring to boil.

    Then add broccoli on it then boil it 2-3 minutes then remove from flame then add cool it on ice bath.

    Then put it on mixi jar make fine puree again put it on flame seasoning to taste.

    Then serve it hot garnish with cream and almond flacks with bread croutons
