Ingredients

  1. 1 cup palak puree
  2. 2 cup all-purpose flour
  3. 4 tbsp Semolina
  4. 1 pinch salt
  5. 2 tbsp milk
  6. 4 tbsp desi ghee
  7. 1 cup grated paneer
  8. 1 onion chopped
  9. 1 tomato chopped
  10. as needed water

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl,add palak puree,all purpose flour,semolina,salt,2 tbsp ghee & knead well with the help of milk till it becomes stiff dough.

    Keep it aside for 10 minutes & cover it with wet cloth.

    Take a pan,pour 2 tbsp of ghee in it with chopped onions,cook till they become light pink.

    Now add all the ingredients & saute for few seconds,Add chopped tomatoes & cook till they become a smooth paste.

    Add grated paneer in it & mix well,cook for 2 minutes.let it cool down.

    Now knead again the dough & make small round shape balls of it.

    Put one ball on the rolling board & give it a cornical shape with the help of rolling pin.

    Add some paneer stuffing in the centre & apply water on the edges.

    Put it on ur palm& start pinching the edges.Bring all the pleats together in the centre & seal them.

    Do this procedure with the rest of balls.

    Give them steam in a steamer for 5 minutes.

    Take them out & serve hot.
